  • Ordenance will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

We use AES-256 encryption to protect your data at rest and in transit, ensuring that your sensitive documents, such as Customs Declarations, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Shipping Documents, are securely stored and transmitted.

5.2. Access Controls

We implement strict access controls, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC), to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your data.

5.3. Regular Audits

Our platform undergoes regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.

6.1. Retention Periods

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by UAE law. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

6.2. Data Deletion
