Pricing questions

Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because the honest answer depends on your declaration volume and how many entities you run. A ten-jobs-a-month trader and a forwarder clearing for thirty clients shouldn't pay the same. Fifteen minutes on a call gets you a real number instead of a tier that doesn't fit.

Which product do I need, Core or Flow?

Clearing your own goods: Core. Clearing on behalf of clients: Flow. Some groups run both, a trading entity on Core and an in-house clearance team on Flow, on the same platform.

Is there a pilot before we commit?

Yes. The demo itself runs on your real documents, and onboarding starts with a scoped pilot on live jobs so the decision is made on your own results.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams file their first Ordenance-generated Mirsal 2 declaration within the first week. There are no document templates to configure, so setup is entities, users and permissions, not months of implementation.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your jobs, documents and audit trails are exportable, and deletion terms are documented in the agreement. Your data stays yours, in the UAE, throughout.
