Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Billing Cycle
The subscription fee for the Ordenance service—and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and applicable transaction fees—will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated. You can view your payment details by clicking your initial in the top right corner of your profile and navigating to “Subscription”. The length of your billing cycle depends on the type of subscription plan you selected when signing up. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change if your Payment Method does not successfully settle, if you change your subscription plan, or if your paid subscription began on a day not included in a given month. If you signed up for Ordenance using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, please refer to that third party for your billing information.
- Payment Methods
To access the paid tiers of Ordenance’s service (such as “Business”, “Business Plus” or “Enterprise”), you must provide one or more current, valid, and accepted Payment Methods (“Payment Method”). You authorize Ordenance to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or becomes unavailable for payment. You remain responsible for any amounts that cannot be collected. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we can successfully charge a valid Payment Method.
- Updating Your Payment Methods
For subscriptions purchased online, you can update your Payment Methods by clicking your initial in the top right corner, navigating to “Subscription”. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by your payment service providers. After any update, you authorize Ordenance to continue charging the updated Payment Method(s). If you purchased a Business, Business Plus or Enterprise plan, please contact our support team to update your payment method. For additional details or assistance with payment methods, contact us at [email protected]
- Cancellation
- Standard Cancellation:
If you purchased a Premium subscription online, you may cancel your Ordenance Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly). To cancel, log in to your account, click your initial in the top right corner, go to “Subscription” and follow the cancellation instructions provided.
- Recurring Subscriptions:
By subscribing to Ordenance, you agree to automatic, recurring charges as part of your subscription. These charges will continue until you opt out or cancel the service. To avoid future charges, ensure you cancel your recurring subscription before the start of the next billing period. If you subscribed via a third-party Payment Method, you may need to cancel through that third party (for example, by turning off auto-renewal in your account with the third party).
Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, your account will automatically revert to the free tier at the end of your current billing period.
- Standard Cancellation:
- Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time. You will be notified at least one month in advance before any price changes or modifications to your subscription plan become effective. If you do not wish to accept these changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
- No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods, nor for unused functionality of the Ordenance service. However, following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Ordenance strives to maintain a reliable and accessible service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally disrupt service availability. Ordenance is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us. We may terminate or suspend your access to Ordenance without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Ordenance after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
